THE SERVICES I OFFER
How I Can Help You
Life can sometimes feel like a puzzle – full of patterns, habits, and emotions that are hard to make sense of on your own. As a Clinical Psychologist, my role is to help you gently untangle those patterns and make sense of what’s been holding you back.
Through online CBT and Schema therapy (UK), I support individuals, couples, and professionals to understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, and how these shape daily life. Together, we’ll explore how your past experiences might still be influencing the present, and how small, intentional changes can bring more balance, calm, and meaning.
This is a collaborative process, centred on creativity, reflection, and compassion. It’s about creating a space where understanding leads to change, and where change leads to a life that feels more aligned with who you truly are.
My Therapeutic Approach
I primarily draw on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Schema Therapy; two approaches that help us understand and reshape unhelpful patterns that may have developed over time. These methods encourage both insight and action – giving you practical tools to handle challenges while also exploring the deeper roots of your emotional world. Beyond these therapies, I integrate evidence-based approaches tailored to your unique needs, including:
Schema informed therapy for longer term difficulties - for longer-term emotional patterns
Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy - to cultivate presence and calm
Couples Therapy for Depression - an integrative, approach to address depression and relationship problems
Behavioural Couples Therapy - for those seeking support in their relationships
CBT for Long Term Physical Health Conditions - to manage the emotional impact of ongoing health challenges
