Work with me
I work primarily from a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) approach and therefore we explore together how feeling, thinking and doing relates to emotional distress and we explore what changes are necessary and fit with your values and goals. This process is often very creative and requires action and commitment to change.
