Fees & Conditions

Our work together would start with an initial assessment which will inform your treatment plan. Following this, during your therapy sessions, I aim to provide support outside the virtual therapy room by making available supporting materials that you can access in your own time and that have been tailor made to address the challenges that you are facing. It is MY MISSION to make your therapy journey as thoughtful and life changing as I can.

Therapy Packages

I offer different therapy packages such as online one to one therapy, group therapy and couples therapy.  

Online Therapy

My goal is to make psychology and therapy available to as many people as possible without the restrictions of a location. Although I am based in London, I offer my services including therapy by Skype, Zoom and telephone. You can access digital therapy wherever you are such as in the comfort of your home with the certainty that it is as effective as the traditional face to face process. Previous and current clients have commented on how quickly they engaged with the therapeutic process, on how they saved on time and transport and could fit the sessions easily within their normal routines.

Accreditation and membership

For your peace of mind I want you to know that I follow strict codes of conduct guiding my profession. I am a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and I am registered with and practice under the regulation of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP).
