CLINICAL SUPERVISION / TEACHING & TRAINING / CONSULTATION
TRAINING THE NEXT GENERATION.
- Are you a mental health professional who is either starting out or has worked in this field for many years and are you passionate about the wellbeing of those you work with?
- Are you equally committed to your personal and professional development by ensuring that it is rooted in principles of compassion, fairness, openness, curiosity and life long learning?
- Is your organisation committed to the wellbeing and development of staff?
Working in mental health is deeply rewarding – but, at times, deeply demanding. Whether you’re a newly qualified therapist or a seasoned clinician, your capacity to support others depends on your own space for reflection, growth, and care.
As a Clinical Psychologist, I believe that supervision and professional development are not just about maintaining standards; they’re about nurturing the heart of good practice: compassion, curiosity, and integrity.
Clinical Supervision
I provide clinical supervision that is collaborative, reflective, and grounded in evidence-based practice, with an atmosphere that’s warm, thoughtful, and encouraging – creating a space where you can bring your challenges honestly, think creatively, and continue growing with confidence.
Drawing on my experience in Schema Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), I help clinicians deepen their understanding of complex cases, refine their formulation skills, and integrate new perspectives into their therapeutic work.
Over the past decade, I’ve provided supervision to CBT Therapists, Clinical, Counselling, and Health Psychologists, as well as Trainee Psychologists in both NHS and private settings. My aim is always the same: to empower professionals to deliver high-quality, compassionate care – and to feel more grounded and confident in the process.
Teaching & Training
I’m passionate about sharing psychological knowledge in ways that inspire and equip others. Through tailored workshops and training sessions, I help individuals and teams develop practical therapeutic skills while staying connected to the human side of the work – empathy, presence, and emotional understanding.
My teaching draws on years of clinical experience and a deep respect for the challenges of therapeutic practice. It’s designed to leave professionals not just more skilled, but more inspired and confident in their ability to make a difference.
Consultation
I also work with organisations who want to bring psychological insight into the heart of their work. Through in-depth consulting, I help teams think more deeply about wellbeing, communication, and emotional culture, translating therapeutic ideas into meaningful, everyday action.
By supporting staff development and emotional awareness, organisations can create healthier, more compassionate environments, benefiting both their teams and the communities they serve.
Let's connect
Whether you’re seeking clinical supervision, bespoke training, or psychological consultation, I’d be delighted to work with you. Together, we can create a reflective, supportive space for growth – helping you and your team continue to make a real, lasting impact.
